Ordering

On placing your order, we will send you a receptacle to post the ashes to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to deliver them in person. Our process only requires a small amount of ashes, typically 2 tablespoons per item ordered. Any un-used ashes will be returned to you with your finished piece of memorial crystal.

Alternatively you can download a PDF version from our home page. You will need the Adobe PDF reader on your computer to be able to do this.

Online Ordering

    Ordering an item from this website can be done in a number of ways.
  • By Email. This may be the preferred method of ordering it you wish to query an item e.g. for size. This may also be the preferred method of ordering if you wish to pay by cheque. Just email your order including item numbers and quantities, together with any special requirements, and we will send you an invoice via email for you to pay by cheque. Credit and debit card payments cannot be processed by this method.
  • Selecting an item by clicking on the "Add to Order" button alongside the item. (Please note that you may need to turn off any automatic "popup blocker" on your browser) This will automatically add the item of your choice to the online shopping cart system. Multiple items can be added this way. When you have finished shopping, press any of the "Complete Order" buttons and you will be taken to the online checkout. Here you will be able to modify your order and pay by either a credit/debit card or your PayPal account should you have one. Please note you are not required to register with PayPal in order to use this facility.
  • By calling us We will process your credit/debit card details by phone.
